Delivery Timelines

Stock Golf Ball Shipments:
All orders of stock, non-customised golf balls will ship within 5 business days.

Custom Golf Ball Shipments:
All orders of custom golf balls (golf balls with text and/or logo) will ship within 5-7 business days.

Gear Shipments:
All Titleist golf gear items will ship within 2-5 business days or less.

Stock gear and custom golf ball products will ship separately.

Returns Policy

All sales of personalised or custom products are final and may not be returned. If you are not completely satisfied with your Golf Gear purchase(s) on, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unused, unaltered Golf Gear merchandise with all of the labels and tags attached within 30 days of the original purchase date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
