Been trying out so many different kinds of golf balls since i started playing. Tried just about ever one out there to be honest. I never liked the Pro V1s alot because of the price, durability and it felt hard to me but then again i didnt know how to spin the ball or let alone hit the center of the club face. So i stuck another golf ball because of the soft feel made miss hits feel good. Well i talked to my course pro what ball i should use, he recommened the NXT Tour for me to improve my game. I grabbed a dozen and hit the course 2 days later. Never have i been able to stick and hold a green with such ease or really get good preformace out of a ball. I used to only play bump and run shots because the other balls just would not spin. Now i can really do alot of shots as i want them to. I use the NXT Tour ball when not playing serious events just for the price and durability. My irons and wedges still seem to eat the cover of them but not like the Pro V1s. I was fitted on course by the pro with the Pro V1 and V1x. Come to find out the Pro V1 was the winner. Despite the money and the durability i still play them happily. I am a great ball striker just have trouble keeping my driver in the fairway. I don't have other stories like hole in ones or albitrosses, but I can say both balls have helped me drop my handicap from a 27 to a 20.3 in a month. My game and control over it all and all around feel has improved so much with these balls. I am convinced that Titleist is the best golf ball around. No more Bridgestone or Taylormades or Wilson Staffs. Only Titleist. Got my first eagle with a NXT Tour though on a par 4. I drove it to 80 yards to the pin and plopped it in with a easy sand wedge shot. It bounced once then dropped right in the cup. Thank you Titleist for making such an amazing ball.
