If you did your fitting "after" buying irons from a retail store, I don't see how that would be on Titleist to correct. You should go back to that retail store if they gave you different clubs than you ordered. If they gave you what you ordered but you did not realize you needed shafts with a lower kick point (Red vs Black) maybe they will work a trade. You can send them to Titleist for new shafts but they will charge you for that replacement. Might be cheaper just to trade back to the store where you got them.

Were you fitted for the AMT Black shafts when you purchased the clubs? If you were, then as Dale recommends you should go back to the store you purchased from and try to work out a trade for a set of T200s with the AMT Red shafts

I don't think this is on Titleist. Does the local golf shop where you purchased them have a 90-day playability guarantee or something similar? The larger chains typically have some type of return period if the clubs aren't working for you. I think you should start with the retailer.

  5. Ran into same problem. Titleist fitter and fit not right. Titleist said this is on me. Not what I would of expected. Oh well lesson learned.
