Currently have the 2023 T150s in 4-PW with KBS Tour 130x in them. Notice I have a little issue with the 4 and 5 iron, specifically on height and overall yardage.

My question being: Those with similar setups, have you noticed a significant difference in switching to T200? Is the feel any different from T150? And does anyone have any leads where I could either test them or find some 2023 T200s?

You’ve identified why Titleist recommends mixed sets.

Others that have bought sets off the rack often will sell the 3 and 4 irons. You can check eBay for single irons. The risk of a counterfeit goes down on single clubs. There is also a Titleist only site for selling/exchanging clubs/equipment. Haven’t used that myself.

I would suggest the newer T250 in the 5 and perhaps the T250 Utility or even the U505 Utility (which is more pleasing to look at - less junk in the trunk). Additionally, the new models are easier to clean and maintain with the solid uniform construction. I added a U505 Utility and found better consistency, flight, land angle then my T100S in the 4 and just added a new T250 in the 5 spot. Good luck in your quest and enjoy the game.
  4. You would be better off in the T250, the feel difference from 150-250 is better than the 150-200. A lot of my group played both 200 and 250's in our long irons, the 250's are much better sound wise, look wise, feel wise, which makes it feel like less of a change.

If there is a specific reason you want the T200, I'd still say go 250.
