    I've bought 2 Titleist umbrellas in as many years. I rarely play in the rain - and haven't been caught in the rain often at all. Yet, the Titleist umbrellas I've bought have turned up broken within a year. The connections in the spines are just not made strong enough. I'm a Titleist guy - but, am very, very disappointed in the umbrellas.

    Have you contacted the store where you purchased the umbrellas? I have two double canopy's, had them for many years, one even went on a trip to Ireland in 2003. Have not had any issues with either. Think the umbrellas have a one year warranty.

    I have had my Titleist Tour Double Canopy Umbrella since 2018. Although I use it regularly, it looks as good as new.

    I have the double canopy tour, but have never opened it. I wish you the best of luck finding resolution.

    I must have broke about 5 of them. Always happens when my trolley falls.
    Wrote to Titleist 3 years ago and complained about the quality.
    But I think the latest ones are of much better quality.
    Used to be trolley fall once, breaks an umbrella
    Now trolley falls 5 times, break an umbrella.

    Sounds like you need to write to your Trolley company.

    I'd add some ballast to the front of your trolley!

    I bought two last season (both snapped in the rain when not windy) and returned for a refund. Tried again this season - purchased on July 28 - and broken already, so back for another refund.

    Poorly constructed, and it's the plastic that always snaps.
