Before this season I had never really had a close call to a hole-in-one. In my first round of the year on a cold April day in MN I was fortunate enough to see my first ever hole in one go in. Fast forward a month and 6 days the last thing on my mind was seeing a hole-in-one, heck, I was content with getting one and only ever having one.
I was playing with three of my closest golf partners when I was fortunate enough to see my second one drop. 151 yards and a one-hop Ace! As we shared a moment of joy and quite honestly disbelief we started the walk to the hole. Thats when it hit me, I have to facetime my Dad, who witnessed me get a hole-in-one about a month prior. As he picks up I said "Lets go for a walk, we are on the par 3 12th hole at Baker National Golf course". Then it hit him "You didn't ****** do it again did you?" he said. As we approached he got to see my Titleist 25 marked with my red line sitting there at the bottom of the cup.
