Have never played golf on my birthday and decided this was the year. Had an early dinner with my wife to celebrate, then played 9 holes. My wife just walked along as I played. One the 6th hole just after hitting my tee shot I said “You’re going to get to see my 1st hole in one”. The ball hit the green then disappeared. As we walked to the green, I figured it just rolled off the back. She looks in the hole as I was putting my bag down, and said there it is. What a great Birthday present.
