On day two of the 2025 Club Championship at Buffalo Grove, I walked off 16 a little annoyed after making bogey. When we got to the par-3 17th, I was the last to hit. I aimed just right of the pin, swung, and watched a little baby draw take off. The ball landed, took one hop, and then spun back—straight into the hole. For a second I just stood there, not sure I really saw what happened, and then the guys I was with started yelling. Just like that, the bogey on 16 didn’t matter anymore.
