**Perfect Day for Golf**
At 65 years old, today was a special one on the course. On the 3rd hole, playing 151 yards into a slight wind, my partner Eric—who was playing the course for the first time—asked if I had ever made a hole-in-one. I told him I had five. Then, to my complete surprise, I made my sixth.
From the tee I thought the ball had ended up in the bunker, but when we reached the green, there was only one place it could be—the hole. Eric was shocked, though he said it felt like it had to be in there. To make the moment even better, Eric rolled in his putt for a deuce—so we played the par-3 in a combined three strokes.
The rest of the round was steady, and we had a great time. A truly unforgettable day.
