Well, I’ve been playing some form of Titleist club in my bag for years as well as balls all the way back to balatas. I’m 48 and had my first hole-in-one about 13 years ago and was thinking it may never happen again. Then came October 18th, 2025 and a colder morning in Minnesota at Owatonna Country Club whwre my 5-iron on a 178 yard par three landed and my Titleist Pro V1 number 78 rolled into the hole. Celebrations galore. Couldn’t believe it and was pumped. As the keg was had and celebrated on October 31st we played another round at OCC. As I got to the 13th hole the last thing on my mind was another hole-in-one. I hit my 8-iron to the green 148 yards away and it looked like it was sitting in the lip. I picked my partner for the hole and we drove towards the green. It looked really close and as we approached we could see that just the very top dimes were out of the hole and as we walked to the hole it fell to the bottom. Another Titleist Pro V1 number 78 hit into the hole. Amazing and funny enough, that Sunday my buddy got his first with me in the group. What a couple weeks and as will always be, my Titleist woods and sand wedges and ball were a huge part of a great time!!
