While playing in a Veterans Golf Tournament for Veterans Day I hit my first Hole in One at the Country Club of the Carolinas golf course. It was a cold day (40 degrees) and 15-20 MPH winds. I hit my shot on the #12 hole from the Navy tees (Sr tees) using my 9 iron directly into the wind. It was 115 yards and my ball landed a few feet in front of the hole and rolled right in.
