  1. I can say without a doubt that the Vokey SM9's have the best spin rate and control out of any wedges I have played. I used to be a TM MG2 player, but as soon as I switched to Vokey's, I could tell a significant difference in control and spin as soon as I switched. Best decision i've made!

Glad you have chosen Vokey wedges, he is a master at his grade.

Welcome to the Vokey "club" there Cory. Spin control, consistency from shot to shot in terms of height, amount of release, and appealing to the eye as well! Excellent choice!

Agree that Vokeys seem to tick all the boxes simultaneously. Previously played Cleveland, miz and cally but there was always something missing from each. Be it leading edge, overall shape or offset, nothing gave the total package til I got fit for Vokeys courtesy of Titleist UK at Woburn a few years ago. I’ve stayed with them since then and love them. The different combinations available mean that there’s something for everyone no matter where you play.

One of my lifelong competitors was a miz/Titleist guy like me, went to work for the competition, he gave me the spin on the other wedges out there. (I haven't hit anything but Vokey in 20+ years, around scratch handicap for 30 years). The spin is, they're very good, some are exceptional, but the "overall" consensus by worldwide pro's is Vokey is #1. (Some are paid handsomely to play the others). He also throws in the disclaimer that 98% of the golfers on the planet can't really see the difference, only feel it depending on the ball you play. Either way, I'm still hooked on the Cameron/Vokey/ProV1 feel, with no desire to experiment!
