Warehouse System Upgrade - Temporary Dispatch Pause
We're upgrading our warehouse systems to improve order processing and deliver a better service experience for our customers. As part of this upgrade, orders will not be dispatched between 22-29 May.
Normal shipping will resume on 1 June. To avoid any delays, we recommend placing urgent orders by 20 May. Golf ball orders are unaffected and will continue to be dispatched as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we complete these improvements.
How To Customise
Customise the #1 golf ball in golf with your logo or image in 4 easy steps.
STEP 1: Upload Your Logo
Choose your preferred Titleist golf ball model, and upload your logo from your computer, tablet, or phone.
STEP 2: Complete Your Order
Complete your order by processing your payment. Please note, there is a minimum order of 6 dozen per model.
STEP 3: Approve Your Design
Review and approve your digital proof, which will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
STEP 4: Balls Are On Their Way
Your personalised Titleist golf balls will be shipped within 8 business days after artwork approval.
Artwork Requirements
Accepted File Types
- File types accepted: AI, PDF, EPS, PNG, JPG, GIF, TIF, BMP
- Maximum file size allowed: 20MB
- Photos must be 300ppi (pixels per inch)
- Logos should note PMS colors, if available
- Licensed/royalty bearing images will require written authorization prior to artwork setup and order processing
- The printing of any message, logo, or photo is at the discretion of Titleist

Frequently Asked Questions
Can ball models be mixed to reach the minimum order quantity?
No. The minimum is 6dz per ball model.
Can I order less than the minimum?
With a custom logo upload, the minimum is 6dz per ball model. You may order less than 6dz when selecting a logo from the pre-existing library of logos on Titleist.com.
How do I add a second pole logo or personalization?
With a custom logo upload we are not able to apply a second pole decoration.
Are there any custom packaging options available?
Titleist does offer custom packaging options when ordering through a local authorized golf shop. You may also browse our full Golf Ball Catalog.
I've already placed and received an order with my logo. How do I place a re-order?
Please provide your original order number and add this information to the additional info section when uploading your logo.
Does the minimum order quantity apply to a re-order?
Yes. The minimum is 6dz per ball model with a re-order.
What is a play number?
The play number is located just below the Titleist name on each golf ball. This number can be simply a preference or "lucky" number. It can also be used to help identify who's ball is whose when playing a round with friends who play the same ball model.
May I order my logo on a pink, orange, or green ball model?
We do not offer logos for those colors.
What is the lead time for a Custom Logo Upload orders?
A proof will be sent to you within three (3) business days. Once approved, your order will ship within 8 business days.
